Student Chapters at Boston area law schools have many ongoing projects and committees.

2008-2009 New England Students at a monthly NLG meeting (www.nesl.edu).

Students participate in the following Mass Chapter programs:

Legal Observers
Law students are needed to act as legal observers at demonstrations.
To set up a legal observers training at your school, please contact our office.

Law Student Mentorship Lunches
We connect law students and Guild lawyers for lunch (paid for by the lawyer), to give students a chance to meet one-on-one with an activist attorney working in a legal area of interest to the student. To join this program and request forms, please contact our office.

Street Law Clinic Project
Law students conduct workshops for community members on various legal topics, including landlord/tenant, workers’ rights, and stop and search.
Call 617-723-7335 or email nlgmass-slc@igc.org to get involved.

Law students can join the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild at a special rate. We encourage you to join to network and begin working with progressive attorneys through Guild membership today. To join, click here.
