“The Prospects for Drug Reform”

After a delay due to the no-storm of February 10th,  a good-sized group of Guild attorneys and activists gathered on February 17th  for a discussion of efforts to reform harsh drug sentencing, led by Barb Dougan, Massachusetts Director of Families Against Mandatory Minimums.  The event was co-sponsored with Community Change.
